Episode 2 – The Need for Quiet, Pt. 2

In this episode, Deb shares on the following topics: Needing and getting support, trusting your Intuition, feeling alone when no one sees us or recognizes us, addictions that keep us from being peaceful and filling the seeming void (food, TV, drugs, alcohol, shopping, etc), supporting yourself and others by giving, dialing back your drama stories, seeking out professional counseling and assistance, the tools that will help you to relieve stress and anxiety, shift happens, rest and digest, and nurturing the mind, body & spirit.

Note: The bulk of the audio was recorded in the car while driving home from a retreat. This of course affected audio quality. Future episodes will be recorded differently of course.

Deb has studied and practiced meditation since 1980. In 39 years, she has explored a wide range of different meditation traditions: Mindfulness, Hindi, Buddhist, Centering Prayer, Self-Realization Fellowship, Transformation Meditation, Hindi, Modern Psychology, Yoga, and A Course in Miracles, to name a few. She has several certifications both in meditation and mindfulness. Two of which she was mentored by former Buddhist monks. As a lifelong learner, she continues to attend training for personal and professional growth.
