Episode 1 – The Need for Quiet, Pt. 1

In this episode, Deb Phelps shares the need to know our wholeness by accessing the quiet within. The three keys that will assist us most in our life —self-study, self-discipline, and a devotion to the practice/our Inner Source or Higher Power. Also, releasing the inner critic, looking at projections and judgments, meditation, mindfulness, sensory observations, and coming into the present moment. How we can maintain calm, peace and happiness in our lives. Releasing expectations.

Note: The bulk of the audio was recorded in the car while driving home from a retreat. This of course affected audio quality. Future episodes will be recorded differently of course.
