I came across an interesting article on Forbes.com today. It’s called “Meditation:The Miracle Life Hack.” We are all looking for that one hack, that one answer, to bring us the peace we so desire. Did you know practicing meditation is this “hack?” There is a science to meditation. It generates alpha and beta brain waves and those are the waves that helps us to relax. We can train our minds to not be carried away by our emotions and thoughts and simply observe them. Read more of the article here.
Allison and I just returned from a truly inspiring and meaningful retreat we facilitated. We offered meditation, creative process, a walking meditation either outdoors or on our labyrinth, and a singing bowls meditation. We love providing this weekend life hack! What about you?
